Pan Sunglasses Exchange and Return Policy
At Pan Sunglasses, we pride ourselves on our high-quality products and we are sure you will love them. However, just in case you don’t, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order.
This is only applicable to unworn and undamaged products purchased directly through www.pansunglasses.com and from customers with proof of purchase. To be applicable for an exchange or refund, all items in the original shipment will need to be returned, and there is a $20 restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning merchandise back to Pan Sunglasses.
We do not provide return shipping labels; however, we will cover the shipping costs of any new items in exchanges. A manufacturer defect includes defective hinges and lenses popping out, but it does not cover scratched lenses or damaged frames that occur through use. In this instance, you will need to refer to our Replacement Policy below. On any manufacturer defects, Pan Sunglasses will gladly replace the item with the exact same style (or similar where not available) up to six months after purchase.
Replacement Policy
Should your Pan Sunglasses break, we offer a one-time discount of 40% for a replacement pair. This includes, but is not limited to, sunglasses that are damaged by being dropped or sat on. Pan Sunglasses reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each case.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your Pan Sunglasses, then you can return or exchange your sunglasses within 14 days of receiving them. All returns and exchanges must have the original packaging and have no damage or wear on the frames or lenses. Pan Sunglasses will not be held responsible for the cost of returning items or for any lost packages due for return.
In the event your sunglasses do not meet our return and exchange policy, the sunglasses will be returned to the customer and no refund issues. If you are unsure if your sunglasses meet our policy, please email pictures of the item to support@pansunglasses.com
